design
The Design is the most important part of mould production. we use the most advanced Computer aided software solutions such as Solidworks to design and through the simulation processes we ensure for the safety, quality and durability of our products.
We produce custom moulds in accordance with our client’s needs. We apply all necessary steps from the part elements, assemblies and simulations for the optimization of the materials used.
Transportation
Since our client’s products are modelled, the models are used the the models for the transportation simulation purposes as well to simulate how the mould can fit in a truck or container. we develop our moulds considering the transportability point of view.
